The Lady of no Return 2010

His paintings have the skills and preciseness of a 1600thcentury painter. Using different models from people he knows to pictures found in clothing or in popular magazines. Besides the skills his baldness is in the format of his works. He works in what he self describes as “The Small Painting”, all from size 10×10 cm. It is all focused in the eyes and the reflection of the person’s inner personalities. Some find his paintings disturbing, breaking the borders of intimacy; others experience peace and tranquillity in his works. They become the opposite of his digital works in the sense that it sometimes takes moths to finish the art piece.  He also combines is painting skills with 3 dimensional objects, twisting the painting to become something more then a traditional, framed artwork.
